Noble Green Cask Ale

Real, cask-conditioned ale for you to enjoy at home in small containers.

Cask beers Noble Green Wines are now serving real cask-conditioned ale for you to enjoy at home in small 2, 4 or 8 pint containers. The concept behind this service is simple - we source all our ale from local, independent micro-breweries as 9 gallon firkins which are allowed to settle and condition for up to seven days. We then broach the casks and serve 'gravity ale' straight from the barrel - there are no lines or pumps to taint the ale. Our house ales are provided by the in-demand Twickenham Fine Ales and you're more than likely to find regular guest beers from the likes of Dark Star, Hopdaemon, Triple fff, Sharp's, Surrey Hills, Hepworth's and Welton's to name but a few. All our ales are now fully temperature controlled at a constant 13 degrees Centigrade to maintain optimum quality and our ale list is rotated on a weekly basis. Alongside our small 'take home' containers, we are now able to dispense 10 and 20 litre mini and polypins of bright ale and we also sell full 9 gallon firkins from our extensive brewery list to order. For larger quantities of ale, or to simply 'reserve and collect' our smaller containers, please call or email to discuss your requirements. As all our cask ales are a 'live' product, we regret that we are currently unable to offer mail order for this service at present.

	Dark Star Hophead - Cask Bitter Clean drinking pale-golden quaffing beer. (3.8%) Hophead is Dark Star's clean drinking pale golden quaffing bitter. It has a really floral aroma - elderflower maybe - and even though it’s a session beer its got plenty of body whilts still being refreshing and thirst quenching. A year round favourite. Specially produced from a blend of bittersweet apples, it has a mellow and smooth taste that will appeal to those who enjoy real Somerset cider. Amber malt provides a pleasant biscuity edge to this pale golden coliured ale. A blend of British and American hops and a wonderfully floral, citrus like, long dry finish. 	Twickenham Fine Ales Naked Ladies - Cask Bitter Outstandingly hoppy, full flavoured bitter (4.4%) The name is inspired by the statues of water nymphs in Twickenham's York House Gardens. This is an outstandingly hoppy and full flavoured bitter from the use of Pioneer and Styrian Goldings. Full bodied with a lucsious aroma its available all year round.
