Our Cask Ales are Tapped!

Medium

We source all our ale from local, independent micro-breweries as 9-gallon firkins which are allowed to settle and condition for up to seven days. We then broach the casks and serve 'gravity ale' straight from the barrel into 2 pint, 4 pint, 5L Minikeg containers - there are no lines or pumps to taint the ale. All our ales are fully temperature controlled to maintain optimum quality.

Treat yourself to a freshly poured pint this weekend.

Fresh 'gravity ale' straight from the barrel. Order your 2 pints, 4 pints or 5L minikegs online. Poured on-site to preserve the freshness.

Park Brewery Tasman NZ Pale

In a nutshell:
A smooth and fruity Pale Ale made with New Zealand hops, Kingstone-upon-Thames' Park Brewery.

The lowdown:
This New Zealand inspired pale ale uses Pale malts and plenty of oats to provide a soft mouthfeel for the beer. Juicy tropical aromas, lime and papaya notes come from the NZ hops of Taiheke, Motueka, and Nelson Sauvin used to brew this beer.

The Brewery:
The Park Brewery was established by Josh and Frankie Kearns, a husband and wife team. Born from obsessive home brewing throughout 2012-2013 and after encouraging feedback from friends and local bottle shops (ourselves among them), they made the leap and invested in a small kit, found local premises and took the brewing out of the family kitchen. They moved into their current brewery in Kingston-upon-Thames in 2018 and being based near Richmond Park, they've used the history and landscape of the place to inspire the naming of their beers.

Windsor & Eton Guardsman

In a nutshell:
Very quaffable, session strength and copper coloured Best Bitter from Berkshire's Windsor & Eton Brewery.

The lowdown:
A copper coloured best bitter, Guardsman is Windsor & Eton's original beer first brewed in April 2010 and was the first beer brewed in the town for 80 years. The tangy flavours are smoothed by careful oak conditioning, which leads to a really fresh hop finish.

Style - Traditional Bitter    ABV 4.2% - Moderate Strength
