In a nutshell: An intense, strawberry coloured sparkling rose from East Sussex, that is packed full of flavour.
The lowdown: A wine that has been aged for 48 months on its lees, leads to a very complex and developed tasting wine. With 50% being made up of Pinot Noir, its no surprise the fruitfulness shines through the nose and taste. A fragrant nose of wild raspberry and cherry, with a hint of winter spice. On the palate, that red fruit continues with the addition of more blackberry and spiced nut flavours. This is a smooth, delicious, and very vibrant wine.
When to drink: A very food-friendly wine, can be paired with food or enjoyed as an aperitif.
