In a nutshell:
An unfiltered hazy brown Marzen from Bavaria's Ayinger brewery.
This is a bit of hybrid style being somewhere between a Marzen and dark export beer and was originally brewed for the Bavarian festival Kirchweih, or church fest. There's a lot of flavours and aromas in here - dried fruits, caramel, toffee and toasty notes. It's unfiltered and pours with a hazy brown colour and finishes with a dry and malty sign off.
