In a nutshell: A gluten free take on a traditional Bavarian-style Helles lager by Peckham's Brick Brewery.
The lowdown: Straw yellow in colour and crystal clear, a soft bitterness on the palate with light and fruit yeast esters and herbal spice from the Hallertau Mittelfruh hops. Refreshing with a clean and crisp finish.
