This is a classic Navarra Reserva with a Bordeaux-style blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, aged 18 months in French and American oak. It's rich and layered, showing ripe red fruits, plums, and raisins, along with notes of cassis, liquorice, and cedar. The tannins are smooth and well-integrated, giving it a solid structure without feeling too heavy. Rounded, mature, and nicely evolved on the finish, if you're after something polished but still full of regional character this is a good pick.

A great match for Basque lamb stew, slow-roasted pork, or Manchego cheese, but it'll also handle a hearty lasagne or Sunday roast with ease - anything rich and comforting to stand up to its bold, smooth character.
