A unique and complex wine from the island of Ischia in the Bay of Naples.
This island has an ancient history of winemaking with the Romans calling it Aenaria, the "land of wine". The wine is made with the Southern Italian Biancolella grape and it is Ischia where it finds its greatest expression on volcanic, terraced vineyards. Dry, crisp and refreshing with great structure, intensity and length with hints of balsamic and vegetal notes.
Try with salads, fish and white pasta dishes.
