Courvoisier XO Cognac

Originally founded in the outskirts of Paris in the early 1800s by Emmanuel Courvoisier in the early years they traded in the Cognacs of other producers in the region before deciding to relocate to the town of Jarnac in the Cognac region to become a producer in their own right. They they are still based there today. With their origins lying during the Napoleonic era there are several stories connecting them with Napoleon and this is something they've continued to make use of as a marketing tool ever since with his silhouette featuring prominently on their products. They are firmly establshed among the handful of major Cognac houses with a truly impressive range of products. They are owned by the Japanese drinks conglomerate Suntory.
