The lowdown:
Cider made with hand picked Kentish Rubens and Bramley apples which are then fermented in stainless steel tanks at Chapel Down's winery using Bacchus wine yeast for a premium cider with crisp, fresh aromas of green apple and hints of elderflower, citrus and kiwi fruit.

The long established Chapel Down wine estate from Tenterden in Kent launched diversified their drinks range a decade or so ago and one of the first products from this venture is the successful Curious Brew range.

Made in collaboration with Sussex brewers Hepworth Chapel Down's winemakers had a firm hand in the early concept for the beers. Made with British ingredients, the beers are famously re-fermented with sparkling wine yeast before a dosage is added alongside dry hops.
