The lowdown: Brewed like a lager but with extra hoppiness like an IPA Elusive's Googly Eye is packed with luscious passionfruit and peach flavours from the UK grown Harlequin, Olicana and Ernest hops. This makes it a really tasty lager that feels light in the mouth and has a soft, rounded finish.
Elusive brewing, set up in the mid 2010's, is the baby of Andy Parker a former national home-brew champion who's since gone on to win awards at many other levels. They operate from a small brewery in Finchampstead in Berkshire wehre yhey create beer with one eye on tradition and the other on taking things to the next level.
