In a nutshell: American style Pale Ale brewed in collaboration between Elusive and Middle Child Brewing (winners of the Elusive and Malt Miller Brewing Competition).
The lowdown: Our local Middle Child due took Noble Green's Fraser's (half of Middle Child Brewing) multi gold medal winning APA and tweaked it a bit. Pale malt and a bit of Munich I malt to give those caramel, honey and bready notes and hopped with Centennial, Mosaic, Zeus and Magnum hops to add some fruit punch mix. Citrus, piney and tropical notes combine in this classic, very more-ish APA.
Style - Bitter, Pale Ale & IPA ABV 5.2% - Moderate Strength
