In a nutshell:
A dry, crisp sparkling Malbec rosé from Mendoza,
Argentina that's packed with summer fruits. Showing a quite different aspect to Malbec this charming sparkler has a very delicate pink colour with the pressed juice only being allowed a very minimal contact with the skins. It stays in tank on its lees for around 6 months to give an appealing touch of richness. It's dry and crisp with lovely summer fruit notes on the nose, vivacious on the palate with tightly packed tiny bubbles, finishing with a delicious raspberry lick and a subtle touch of brioche richness.
When to drink:
A delicious pink fizz with a relatively modest alcohol level that only adds to its attraction.
