This is a light, refreshing pale brewed with Citra, Ekuanot and Simcoe hops for flavour and Magnum for bitterness. It's brilliantly fruity and floral with masses of flavour.
It's first brewed using products that contain gluten and then a natural enzyme is used which breaks down the gluten chains leaving the finished beer with less than 20ppm of gluten.
