In a nutshell:
Gluten Free and well balanced West Coast style IPA from South London's Gipsy Hill Brewing.
This beer is heavily hopped with Cascade and Simcoe for a punchy, pithy bitterness rounded out with notes of grapefruit. Layered on top of an eight grain strong malt backbone. Finished with a West Coast yeast BRY-97 to elevate hop bittering and aromas.
It's brewed using ingredients containing gluten, but they use a naturally occurring enzyme to break the gluten chains down to a level (sub 20ppm) that can be consumed by those intolerant to gluten. It keeps all the body and mouthfeel, giving a well balanced, full flavoured beer.
