In a nutshell: A vibrant, fruity and tangy New England IPA from South London's Gipsy Hill Brewing.
The lowdown: This New England style IPA was brewed as part of a home and away collaboration with One Drop of Sydney, Australia. It has some of the
Southern Hemispheres finest hops, Nelson Sauvin and Galaxy, upfront for vibrant gooseberry and citrus aromatics while Idaho 7 and Mosaic play back up, bringing hints of overripe stone fruitmaking for a really big and mouthfilling beer.
A south London brewery based in Gipsy Hill itself which is just next to Crystal Palace.
One of their particular objectices is to make unashamedly full flavoured beers, but without going down the road of brewing a lot of high strength ales. All their core range lines are under 5% which allows them the latitude to ensure there's no compromise with body and flavour while, at the same time, meaing they are beers you can happily have more than one of.
