The lowdown: The latest beer in Gipsy Hill's Squashed fruit sour series. A fresh yet warming sour this one has been made with masses of fruit with tart Rhubarb leading the charge backed up with fresh and fiery ginger.
A south London brewery based in Gipsy Hill itself which is just next to Crystal Palace.
One of their particular objectices is to make unashamedly full flavoured beers, but without going down the road of brewing a lot of high strength ales. All their core range lines are under 5% which allows them the latitude to ensure there's no compromise with body and flavour while, at the same time, meaing they are beers you can happily have more than one of.
