Harlot Brut NV

Forgive the loud label - this is actually a cracking bottle of English fizz. Finding an English sparkler without a chunky price tag can be a challenge, but this one fits the bill perfectly. Made from Bacchus, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay grown in Essex, it's crafted in the same way as Prosecco. Bursting with flavours and aromas of English elderflower, pears, and ripe apricots, it has a really sensual fizz. Effortlessly easy enjoyment.

Perfect party fizz for when it's got to be English. Not bad with a spot of seafood either.

Harlot wines are made at the Silverhand Estate, sited in the rolling hills of north Kent near Meopham. They've quickly made a name for themselves as one of England's largest organic vineyards, boasting over 500 acres and more in the pipeline. Specialising in sparkling wines from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, they're also starting to produce still wines as more vineyard land comes into play. Unusually, Silverhand Estate employs both the Charmat method, akin to Prosecco, and the traditional Champagne method for their sparkling wines.
