In a nutshell:
A 20cl minature of the famously robust Islay single malt.
This is a deep, dry, exceptionally peaty bruiser and probably the most pungent of all the Islay malts. It's their most sought after expression and the benchmark of the distillery. There's more to it than just the peat though, it has a richness with hints of Lapsang Souchong tea on the nose with a dryness that's offset by a sherry sweetness finishing with a lengthy, spicy sign off.
The very epitome of a smoky Islay single malt.
