In a nutshell:
A smoky, peaty single malt handcrafted in the Tobermory Distillery on the Isle of Mull.
Ledaig is the distillery's original name and it's used these days for their peated whiskies. Non-chill filtered, it has a bright, lemony gold colour with a sweet, briny smokiness on the nose which is followed by spicy pepper, peaty smoke and vanilla creaminess on the palate and a hint of spiciness at the finish.
A powerful dram that stands up well to some of its rivals from Islay.
