In a nutshell:
A classic and elegant Meursault from the heart of the Côte de Beaune.
With usage of new oak limited to 25% none of the fresh purity is masked from this nicely restained wine. To add to the elegant, Meursault mineral backbone and excellent citrus freshness it has a good balance and nicely padded body. It's an immensely pleasurable wine to drink, but will develop further complexity and character over the next year or so.
When to drink:
Poached halibut, roast chicken, or pork fillets are examples of good food matches here.
