A bitter, hoppy and resinous IPA from Mondo Brewing of Battersea.
Pale Ale malt provides the base with Vienna and Munich added for colour and flavour and acidulated malt and Dextrose. Chinook, Columbus and Nelson Sauvin hops go in the whirlpool. Dry hopped with Simcoe, Nelson Sauvin and Centennial. Fermented with their house West Coast Ale yeast strain.
