A vibrant, full, minerally biodynamic Dao white by Niepoort.
Made with a traditional blend of native grape varieties from the Quinta da Lomba, which has some exceptionally old vineyards. The grapes were fermented in granite before maturing in large oak barrels for 20 months. Engaging, delicate aromatics lead onto a vibrant, pithy and rounded palate with spicy and subtle herbaceous notes, white stone fruits and backed up by assertive, tense minerality and a very clean finish.
