This is natural wine without the fanfare. Made from organic Catarratto grown near Marsala, it's fermented with wild yeasts and bottled unfiltered, so it may look a little hazy - but that’s part of the charm. What you get is a dry, softly textured white with citrus peel, green pear, and a savoury flick at the edges. It's got grip without heaviness, flavour without fuss, and more character than you’d expect at this price. A solid shout if you like things a little wild but still easy to get along with.
