In a nutshell:
A fruity and creamy, unpeated Indian single malt matured in ex-bourbon barrels.
Produced at their distillery in Goa 'Brilliance' is made using barley from the Himalyan foothills and matured in ex-bourbon casks for between 3 to 5 years. In the tropics while evaporation is greater these sorts of spirits also mature at an earlier age. It's full of cinnamon, honey and spice aromas which lead lead onto a palate of sweet spice, vanilla and hints of cocoa. At the finish there are hints of orange which linger pleasantly leaving a satisfying aftertaste. This is one that regulary scores well in the respected Jim Murray Whisky Bible.
