A really welll made wine it has a good weight of pear and apricot fruit aromas enhanced with just a touch of honey and a mineral finish. The fresh and lively acidity combine to make this one of the best Pouilly Fuissés we've tried.
When to drink:
Fish and shellfish are good partners and it also has the body to combine well with pâtes and terrines.
