Silverhand Estate, sited in the rolling hills of north Kent near Meopham, has quickly made a name for itself with one of England's largest organic vineyards, boasting over 500 acres and more in the pipeline. Specialising in sparkling wines from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, they're also starting to produce still wines as more vineyard land comes into play. Unusually, Silverhand Estate employs both the Charmat method, akin to Prosecco, and the traditional Champagne method for their sparkling wines.
