Sipsmith Freeglider Alcohol Free Spirit

While it is alcohol free and technically not a gin unlike some other alcohol free spirits the key gin botanical juniper plays a key role here along with zesty citrus fruits. After experimenting with over 100 different ingredients and 189 prototypes Sipsmith's result is highly convincing. Refreshing eucalyptus with spicy juniper undertones on the nose leading onto a crisp and refreshing palate with bright citrus notes, a bit of capsicum heat, and dry, piney finish.

Sipsmith's story began in 2009, in a tiny workshop in Hammersmith, London. Childhood friends Fairfax Hall and Sam Galsworthy had an unwavering belief in things well made - the way they used to be, the way they should be. They set up London's first traditional copper distillery since 1820, paving the way for many others to follow. Their mission was simple: to bring back London Dry Gin of truly uncompromising quality and character to the city where it first earned its name. Today, the distillery is situated in a street in Chiswick, close to where it all started.
