Sons of Eden 'Marschall' Shiraz, Barossa Valley 2022
A rich, full-bodied and balanced classic Barossa Shiraz from South Australia.
The Lowdown
Made by the small and highly regarded Sons of Eden Winery this wine was named after David Marschall who was responsible for many of the old treasured vineyards which gave the Barossa the reputation it enjoys today. It has rich and intense aromas of ripe berry compote with subtle notes of violets and dried herb aromas.
The Occasion
A modern, polished and smooth wine that's only made in limited quantities. It'll make a good partner to lamb, or beef curries.
