A rounded, fruity and aromatic South Australian blend of Viognier and Marsanne.
With 84% Viognier in the blend this dominates the nose with honeyed peach, apricot and guava aromas followed by poached pear and touches of spice on the palate. It has a medium weight with plenty of ripe stone fruit and a slightly oily, waxy texture that is freshened up by crisp apple and citrus on the finish.
When to drink:
Richly textured, it's a food friendly wine while still being crisp and refreshing. Shellfish, white meats and pasta go really well.
