In a nutshell:
A soft and supple Aussie Shiraz from Victoria.
Harvested at night when it's cooler to preserve natural acidity and delicate aromas and the wine then went underwent a relatively cool fermentation to avoid extracting any harsh tannins. The result is a clean and rounded Shiraz, aromatic and bright with smooth dark fruits and fine tannins.
When to drink:
Perfect with Moroccan lamb, roast vegetables, or even hard cheeses.
