A juicy, light, rustic Chilean red with delicate tannins and lively acidity.
A minimal intervention and unfiltered wine half fermented in Chilean oak lagares and half in old clay amphorae. The fermentation is completely spontaneous and without the use of commercial yeasts, there will be some bottle variation and the fresh acidity may have a bit of a spritz. It's made from 100% Pais grapes from vines that are at least 70 years old, giving a wine light in colour and body, but full of ripe strawberry flavours and a rugged, dry herbiness and earthiness.
The flavours stand out best when slightly chilled making it a great summery wine. When matching with food lightly spicy dishes work particularly well.Suitable for Vegans, Organic
