The lowdown:
Intense, slightly musky aroma with a touch of hone, blossom and mint. Quite zingy on the palate with violets followed with a delicate and persistent grapey finish. Highly refreshing and delicious.
PRODUCER
Bepi Tosolini

The history of the Bepi Tosolini Distillery began in 1943, when Friulian Bepi Tosolini, born in 1918, a passionate connoisseur of his land and his customs, a strong supporter of his region and its products, decided to create a different grappa. Transforming a simple, humble and very often rustic and rough distillate in a product intended for a refined and demanding public. In the 1940s, believing that grappa, a poor product of the Friulian peasant tradition, could reach the forefront of consumption in the world, was truly a prophecy that after a few years would have come true in a striking way. Bepi Tosolini has invested in this dream all his life! In the 1950s he built a new distillery in Udine and joined it the largest grappa cellar in Italy.
Wisdom, respect, goodwill and honesty: the important legacy of values ??of Bepi and his wife Giovanna could only transfer to the whole Tosolini family. First the eldest son Giovanni, and today the grandchildren Giuseppe, Bruno and Lisa, work together in the company created by the patriarch following in his footsteps and making the dream of a large family grow more and more. For three generations, therefore, the rhythms and rules of production, again and again, have remained the same. Supporting the evolution of the products and the new proposals of the company.
