Chilean 'Orange Wine' made from one of the country's staple grape varieties.
As well as being orange it's also a natural wine maded with minimal human intervention, following the ethos of the growers, and one which is deliciously drinkable. It's made like a rosé from the Pais grape variety and is slightly off-dry. Overall the feel is rich and earthy with a core of minerality and a natural sweetness pervading throughout.
Drunk chilled you can serve it as an aperitif, with Mediterranean vegetables, rich and fatty meats for main, and cheese afterwards.
