Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website
and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out
below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not

4. PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS
Description of products
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices
of Products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information
was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as
possible, the information including Product Descriptions appearing on this Website
at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you
place an order. We cannot confirm the price of a Product until your order is accepted
in accordance with our Order acceptance policy.
Noble Green Wines Ltd sell products containing intoxicating liquor. For clarity,
a drink containing alcohol is classified as intoxicating if it contains more than
0.5% of alcohol by volume (0.5% abv). Vintages, labels and closures may vary. All
wines are 75cl and all spirits and liquors 70cl unless otherwise stated.
Under the Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to purchase or attempt to purchase
alcoholic liquor if you are under the age of 18. Noble Green Wines Ltd is committed

We will not sell or deliver alcohol to anyone who is, or appears to be, under the
age of 18. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and
we reserve the right not to deliver if we are unsure of this.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep
the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on
our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures
unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the

All goods are offered subject to availability. We cannot guarantee the availability
of specific vintages.
We accept the following major payment cards only; Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro,
Delta and American Express. Payment will, be debited from your account upon receipt
of your order. You are responsible for confirming that you are the legitimate holder
of the credit/debit card and that your details are correct. All credit/debit cardholders
are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be
able to process your order and a message will appear informing you that the transaction
cannot be processed.
We cannot guarantee availability of all products at all stores. In the event that
a product is unavailable when you place your order, we shall contact you to arrange
replacement, or another acceptable arrangement for the completion of your order.
5. CARRIAGE & DELIVERY
Delivery is free for orders over £75 within most parts of mainland Britain.
Orders of less than £75 will incur a £6.99 delivery charge.

We may use an independent courier. The courier will only attempt to deliver the
product twice, after which we regret that you will be responsible for making your
own arrangements with them for delivery. The products will be returned to our warehouse
if they have not been collected from the courier 3 days after the second delivery
attempt, and we reserve the right to pass on the cost of redelivery in this event.
It is essential to check all goods before signing for them. If you are unfortunate
enough to receive a damaged consignment, please write 'Damaged' clearly on the consignment
note beneath your signature, or if you have not received your wines within 10 days

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We will provide a full refund or replacement for any wines that are faulty. This
does not affect your statutory rights.
We may require faulty, bottles to be returned to us. We will arrange this as necessary
at your convenience
If you have received an item not on your order, or part of your order is missing
we will arrange for collection and redelivery if appropriate.
Breakages or shortages must be registered with us within 24 hours of delivery.
We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once
it is received by us. If you have arranged for a credit rather than an exchange
or return, your account will be credited within 5 working days of your goods being
received by us.
Goods requested to be delivered unsigned for are left at your own risk.
Change or cancel an order
If you wish to change or cancel an order please advise us by e-mail to email@example.com,
or call us on 020 8979 1113 between 11.00am & 6.00pm, Monday to Friday. Please
have the order number and date the order was placed to hand.
Breakages or shortage must be notified within 24 hours of delivery. Goods requested
to be left unsigned for are left at the customer's own risk. Consequential loss:

not limited to) loss caused by late delivery.
