The lowdown:
Since 1957, the Nuiton-Beaunoy wine growers have been part of the Vigerons des Terres Secretes co-operative. The co-op's approach is focussed on sustainability, improving the economic, social, and ecological environment around them. Their overall aim is to produce remarkable wines, in an approach respectful of the environment. This wine is light gold in colour with aromas of white flowers. On the palate, medium bodied with flavours of white fleshed fruits, particularly pear coming through, together with stone fruits such as apricots. On the lighter side of Chardonnay, elegant and refreshing with lots of minerality coming through.
When to drink:
This is a very versatile wine, that would suit pairing with chicken, turkey, shellfish, or seafood dishes.
