Made with over 50 different varieties of apples which are selected to achieve the right blend of fruit character, tannins and crisp acidity. Bottled with a natural sparkle this is a great example of Normandy cider.
The cellars of Comte Louis de Lauriston where established in 1962 to handle the produce of the fruit growers of the local Domfrontais region of Normandy. The products they market range from Calvados and Pommeau to ciders and poirés.
