The Lowdown:
Winter's Coming is Dorking's seasonal nod to the traditional British Winter Warmer. Built around crystal, amber and chocolate malts, it has that familiar mix of toffee, caramel and a trace of roast, edged with a touch of dried fruit. Fuggles hops bring a soft, earthy bitterness that reins in the sweetness and gives balance. It's full-flavoured but not heavy, the richness measured and the finish clean. A well put-together, malt-led ale that shows buckets of depth and character.

Dorking Brewery kicked off in 2008, dedicated to championing classic British brewing. Starting small, they quickly built a loyal following and, by 2017, upgraded to bigger premises in the scenic Surrey countryside. Now, they're thriving with an on-site taproom and three cosy pubs across the county. It's a proper British brewery with a welcoming vibe and a passion for traditional flavours.
