DESCRIPTION
An organic, fruity and rounded Chilean Pinot Noir from the Bio Bio Valley.
The lowdown:
After fermentation a small proportion is aged for 6 months on French oak to add a measure of depth without being overpowering. It has notes of red berries, strawberries, sweet vanilla and floral notes on the nose followed by a fruity palate with a velvety texture, medium body, and nice mineral edge to the finish.
When to drink:
Great value new world organic Pinot Noir. Fish, or shellfish, white meats or Prosciutto make good food pairings.
Suitable for Vegans, Organic
