Festoon Octopus is a hazy New England IPA dry-hopped with Citra and Nelson Sauvin for a big burst of juicy fruit. Bright notes of white grape, ripe peach and passionfruit roll over a soft, pillowy malt base. NEIPAs are brewed for bold hop flavour, smooth texture and a gentle, easy finish - and this one delivers in full. Big on fruit, soft around the edges, and guaranteed to charm the socks off you.
The Brewery:
Founded in 2023, Indie Rabble Brewing Company is to be found under a railway arch in the charming surrounds of Windsor, rather than the usual gritty city centre. They've quickly earned a following with their varied range, from German-style lagers and hazy pale ales to kettle sours and hearty stouts. And their efforts haven't gone unnoticed - by March 2024, they'd already won SIBA's Best New Independent Craft Brewery award, cementing their spot among Britain's indie breweries.
