In a nutshell: A bold and bright sparkling rose, packed full of red fruits, from West Sussex.
The lowdown: Kinsbrook Vineyard was started in 2017, but for these guys the wine started before the vineyard. After sourcing grapes, the production of their sparkling wine began. This wine is bold and deep in colour, but dont be fooled by its appearance. There is plenty of red fruit flavours, but it also displays a biscuity nose with a creamy texture. This wine isnt young and that shows in the range of flavours. Named after the roses grown in the family garden, this wine is meant for sharing.
When to drink: Pop it open for a celebration with family or pair it with shellfish.
