The lowdown: This artisanal red vermouth is infused with 38 botanicals from a recipe created by renowned Italian bartender Giancarlo Mancino. It has a dark red colour and is full bodied with hints of vanilla, rhubarb, juniper, toasted wood, myrrh, chiretta, cloves, cinnamon bark and dried orange. Ideal for use in classic cocktails like the Negroni & Manhattan.

Established only recently in 2011 by Italian bartender, and entrepreneur Giancarlo Mancino his idea was to introduce a range of distinctive vermouths to add a bit of extra zip to many cocktails. After several years of research he found a wide array f botanicals with which to recreate traditional vermouth recipes which are made in a family run establishment in Piedmont, northern Italy.
