This straw-coloured pale ale has a solid malt backbone which is balanced out with generous late additions of English flavour hops to create a fresh tropical fruit and spice finish. This beer is crisp, easy drinking and beautifully balanced.
The Brewery:
At Utopian they have a simple mission: to celebrate British lager. They're based in beautiful Devon and brew using traditional methods, but they put their unique spin on classic styles, using 100% British-grown ingredients. With a rich tapestry of local ingredients and producers, it was an easy choice for them to reduce their carbon footprint by using only homegrown ingredients. What sets them apart is that the UK leads in building disease-resistant hops, making them both eco-friendly and flavourful.
