At the London Wine Fair 2022, Debbie, our Buyer, came across a drinks company called Everleaf drinks. They produce three non-alcoholic drinks that are perfect for cocktail making. Founded by Paul Mathew. Paul has worked much of his life as a bartender. When customers requested what non-alcoholic drinks they had, he was frustrated by the lack of drinks on offer. This got him thinking that there was a real gap in the market for good quality non-alcoholic drinks that were worthy of spirit alternatives. And so Everleaf drinks was born. He also had a deep understanding and passion for nature and plants, so he knew he could create a high-quality drink

The three flavours available are Marine, Mountain and Forest. We currently have all three available at £19.00 a bottle.

Marine was created to be a classic Gin alternative. Crisp and refreshing in flavour, when mixed with tonic it makes a delicious non-alcoholic gin and tonic. It has been made from a blend of 16 sustainable sources of botanicals, these include Juniper, Bergamot and Dulse. Everleaf created this drink with Gin drinkers in mind.

Mountain was created as a pink Gin alternative. Vibrant and aromatic in flavour, when mixed with aromatic tonic or soda it creates the perfect non-alcoholic pink gin and tonic. Made from a blend of 12 sustainably sourced botanicals, these include Cherry Blossom, Rosehip and Strawberry. This drink was created with pink Gin drinkers in mind.

Forest was created to be a cocktail spirit alternative. Complex and bittersweet in flavour, when mixed with soda it makes the best non-alcoholic spritz drink. Made by blending 14 sustainably sourced botanicals, including Saffron, Madagascan vanilla and Orange Blossom. This is the perfect drink for any Spritz drinker.

If you’re looking for something more picnic, park, or BBQ-ready? We also have all three flavours available in pre-mixed 25cl cans. Everleaf has mixed the non-alcoholic spirits with a light tonic to create these delicious spritz cans. Priced at £2.50 a can these are the perfect drink to take anywhere.
